Please see below for upcoming important dates to remember for your student.

This is just a snapshot so you can put all of these dates on your radar for the future.

Yearbook Updates!

It’s time for our fifth graders to upload their baby photos and complete their Yearbook Questionnaire 🎉

Yearbook Questionnaire:

• This is a fun opportunity for students to share a little about themselves and be included in this year’s yearbook!
• To get started, please log into your PFA account and select the “My Account” button.
• From there, you’ll be directed to the section where the questionnaire form is located.

5th Grade Baby Photos: 

You can submit these directly through your Treering account!

1. Log in and you will see your student's name at the top of the dashboard homepage.
2. Select the “add a secondary photo” link.
3. Add a Baby Pic. Drag and drop the photo or select the photo source where your photo is saved. Please read the tips so that you select a good photo

To ensure a great photo, please follow these guidelines:

• child should be younger than 4 years old
• 1 person in the image
• vertical portrait photo (not landscape)
• good lighting on the face|

🗓 Please submit your baby photo and complete the form by February 21.

Baby photos and questionnaires submitted after February 21 are not guaranteed to be included in the yearbook, so don’t wait!
