The 2025-2026 party dates are as follows: 

 

Halloween: Friday, October 31, 2025 
immediately following the parade which will begin at approximately 9:40 am

(PM K - immediately after the PM K parade which will begin at approximately 1:45 pm)

 

Winter: Friday, December 19, 2025
@ 2:15 (10:30 for AM K)

 

Spring: Thursday, April 2, 2026

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS:
  • Please review the spreadsheet for each of your children's classes to note which parties to which you have been assigned  and ensure you are not double booked.

  • Yellow indicates a spot is open and can be filled. These spots are filled on a first email, first served basis. Contact Megan Campagna to have your name filled in to a slot

  • The document changes often - check back for open spots!

  • If your assigned party has no Party Coordinator assigned, the Party Volunteers will work together to plan the party activities!

  • Should you be unable to attend a party to which you are assigned, please contact Megan Campagna at meganraslevich@yahoo.com as soon as you are aware so that the space may be filled (bonus points if you know a friend with clearances that can fill it for you!).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

  • CLEARANCES: 
    • All clearances MUST be on file with the District prior to volunteering in person in the school.
    • Clearances are good for 5 years from the date of completion.
    • To check the status of your previously submitted clearances, you can contact the District Office at: 412-366-2100
    • You can complete your clearances through the District website by clicking here: Volunteers & Visitors / Volunteer Clearance Policy and Protocols (northallegheny.org)
  • REIMBURSEMENT:  
    • Please be sure to submit your receipts for reimbursement! The PFA sets money aside for each classroom to help offset any costs associated with volunteers putting on a great party. We want you to claim it!
    • $32 per classroom per party has been approved for the current year.
    • Please completed and submit this reimbursement form in a timely manner after your event/expense. No emailed reimbursement requests without the submitted form and receipt(s) will be accepted.  
    • Our fiscal year ends on July 31. All expenses for the school year must be submitted by that date or they may not be paid. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
